The People & Culture Department plays a pivotal role in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and maintaining a positive workplace environment. Our activities encompass recruitment, training, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement, benefits administration, and conflict resolution, all aimed at nurturing a dynamic and harmonious workforce.
Systems, Policies & Procedures
The People & Culture Department utilizes HRIS systems for talent management and collaborates with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and diversity networks to source talent. Adherence to industry standards, ethical recruitment practices, and HR policies related to diversity, equal opportunity, and employee well-being are paramount to our department.
Our Training Courses
Premiera Education Group offers schools under its management access to training programs related to human resources, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution, and employee engagement. These courses empower schools to create supportive and high-performing teams.
Performance Management
The People & Culture Department employs performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and 360-degree evaluations to assess employee performance and development needs. We continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our talent management strategies to align with the institution’s goals.
