Licensing Fees and Charges

K-12 Schools

Initial Licensing Fee: $45,000 (one-time)

  • Covers market research, business planning, HR and recruitment, academic program setup, marketing strategy, facility design, licensing, and compliance setup.

Annual Support Fee: $15,000/year

  • Includes curriculum updates, professional development, marketing support, operational management, IT integration, and quality assurance.

Revenue-Based Royalty: 5% of annual revenue

  • Contributes to ongoing business and financial analysis, risk management, leadership development, IT expansion, and compliance.

Kindergarten

Initial Franchise Fee: $20,000 – $50,000.

Royalty Fees: Around 5% of gross revenue.

Marketing Fees: 2% of gross revenue.

  • Covers market research, business planning, HR and recruitment, academic program setup, marketing strategy, facility design, licensing, and compliance setup.

Training Fees:

  • For teachers and administrative staff, possibly included or charged separately.

Curriculum Fees:

  • Specialised early childhood curriculum access for kindergartens, typically $5,000 – $10,000 annually.

  • Territorial Rights: Exclusive operational rights within a designated geographic area.
  • Agreement Term: Typically 5-10 years, with renewal options.
  • Facility Standards: Requirements for safety, classroom setup, and learning environment standards.

  • Pre-Opening: Support in site selection, facility design, and training.
  • Operational Support: Ongoing guidance on school management and academic administration.
  • Marketing and Branding: Access to brand name, logo, and digital marketing resources.
  • Curriculum and Innovation: Regular updates to curriculum and teaching tools.
  • Technology Systems: Integration with learning management systems, student platforms, and parent communication tools.
  • Quality Control: Regular audits and evaluations to ensure high standards.

  • Initial Setup Costs: School construction, furniture, technology setup, and materials.
