Academics

The academic department covers a wide range of topics and areas, including designing and adapting flexible curriculum frameworks, delivering integrated & holistic learning experiences, creating assessment processes and regimes that are fit for purpose, implementing blended learning models, modeling effective planning protocols, designing comprehensive PLC structures, developing data literacy, collection, and analyses, elaborating early childhood learning models for literacy & numeracy, as well as effective teaching strategies & modalities, launching performance management systems, observation protocols, hands-on & project-based learning opportunities, sports curricula and programs. The department will also support our partners to recruit and retain highly qualified teachers and put effective and lasting instructional leadership structures in place.

Our Training Courses

The academic department has prepared training modules for instructional leaders and teachers across hundreds of key areas, from effective teaching strategies to collaborative learning spaces, from collective ownerships of teaching and learning to performance-based reflection on impact, and from blended learning modules to innovative curricular mapping and integration.

Performance Management

The academic department has drafted a comprehensive performance management system replete with standards, benchmarks, indicators, rubrics, and templates. We believe that all staff ought to be evaluated according to their stated targets or goals, SMART Goals for teachers and KPIs for leadersEssentially, our performance management system is keyed to each staff member’s professional performance as it is verified through multiple measures. We pledge that our goal is success and to succeed by design.
