Application Process

Getting Started

Our franchise application process is simple and straightforward. Start by submitting an initial inquiry, followed by a detailed application. Once reviewed, our team will guide you through the next steps, including business evaluation, partnership agreement, and comprehensive onboarding.

 

We provide all the tools and support you need to ensure a successful launch and operation of your school.

  1. Initial Inquiry and Information Request
  • Prospective client submits an inquiry via Premiera’s website or contact channels.
  • Premiera sends detailed information about product lines (Management, Franchise, Consultancy)

2. Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI)

  • Client submits an official EOI specifying the product line they are interested in.
  • EOI includes basic information about the school/organization and goals for the partnership.

3. Preliminary Assessment and Meeting

  • Premiera conducts a preliminary evaluation to determine alignment with its criteria.
  • Introductory meeting scheduled to discuss expectations and explore compatibility.
  1. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Signing
  • Both parties sign an NDA to protect confidential information exchanged during discussions.

5. Application Form Submission

  • Client submits a detailed application form with the following:
  • School profile (location, size, curriculum, etc.)
  • Governance and management structure
  • Financial standing and enrollment trends
  • Preferred partnership model

6. Site Visit (if required)

  • Premiera schedules a site visit for further evaluation (optional, depending on product line).
  • Meetings held with stakeholders (administration, leadership, etc.).

7. Review of Financials and Business Model

  • Client shares financial reports, projections, and relevant data.
  • Premiera reviews the feasibility of the proposed partnership.

8. Custom Proposal and Fee Structure Presentation

  • Premiera prepares a tailored proposal outlining services, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Fee structure and payment terms discussed:
  • Upfront fees
  • Annual management fees (for Management Agreement)
  • Royalty fees (for Franchise)
  • Consulting hourly or project-based fees (for Consultancy)

9. Negotiation and Agreement Drafting

  • Both parties discuss and negotiate terms based on the proposal.
  • Premiera drafts the final partnership agreement, including deliverables and milestones.

10. Legal Review and Approval

  • Client’s legal team reviews the agreement.
  • Final adjustments made based on feedback from both parties.

11. Signing of the Partnership Agreement

  • Both parties sign the final agreement.
  • Payment of initial fees, if applicable, based on the agreed fee structure.

12. Onboarding and Implementation Kick-off

  • Premiera initiates the onboarding process and assigns a project manager.
  • Kick-off meeting scheduled to align on next steps, timelines, and responsibilities.

13. Continuous Support and Performance Monitoring

  • Regular check-ins and reporting based on the service level agreement.
  • Ongoing support and consultation provided as per the agreed terms.
